Which LAN port do i connect the PoE switch to?
Connect PoE switch to the ethernet connection positioned on its own on the back of the NVR.
Can't see NVR on Cortex Go App
Log into NVR Settings > Network > P2P. Disable P2P> click apply. Enable P2P> click apply. Log out of Cortex go on the mobile then log back in.
Hibernator stuck on year 2020
Download the latest firmware for the unit, either via USB or automatically via the internet.
