They have turret cameras that are placed at high and low levels, and a combination of audio recording and external cameras. 

The audio cameras have been placed at the till, allowing any abusive interactions their staff may experience to be recorded. They've also found it easy to playback and review CCTV footage -  they are able to take a still image of a customer who's been causing problems and share that with authorities or other retail stores so they are aware.
