Qvis Lighting & Security is a family-owned business based in Havant, Hampshire and is a brand leader in commercial LED lighting and CCTV equipment. We are looking for a part-time HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR Team.

As a Recruitment Coordinator you’ll provide an effective recruitment service across the business, advising and assisting our hiring managers in their search for great talent. You’ll develop strong relationships with our Lighting and CCTV departments as well as providing proactive recruitment administration support and delivering outstanding customer service

Responsibilities:

• Creating and advertising job adverts
• Identifying suitable candidates, undertaking telephone interviews & maximising the search by using various tools
• Completing contracts of employment, following up on all documentation
• Managing multiple campaigns at a time using our applicant tracking system
• Maintaining a talent pool for the business, ensuring compliance with GDPR
• Provide effective and efficient administration support to the HR Team

Skills Required

• Human resources and recruitment experience 1 year (preferred)
• CIPD certification (preferred)
• Confident communicator
• Enthusiastic and pro-active approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experienced user of MS Office applications
• Flexible and able to respond quickly to enquiries
